Abstract:The 2025 DSPPA Group Awards Ceremony honored exceptional employees and commemorated a year of achievement and commitment.

With resolve, we accomplish even more.


On January 27, DSPPA hosted its 2025 Group Awards Ceremony and Headquarters Annual Gathering, under the theme“Steady and Strong, Moving Forward”.



Driven by Vision


The ceremony commenced with the national anthem, establishing a dignified and motivating atmosphere that embodied both patriotism and DSPPA’s commitment to its mission.


A highlight video of 2025 then played, showcasing pivotal moments of commitment, milestones, and consistent progress over the year.



Mr. Wang Heng, Chairman of DSPPA, urged all employees to maintain strategic focus, be innovation-led, and results-driven, collaborating to shape the next chapter of DSPPA’s growth.


Honoring Excellence



The awards presentation served as the centerpiece of the event. Exceptional individuals and teams were honored for their contributions, covering long-term dedication, technological innovation, market achievements, operational assistance, and production effectiveness.



Significantly, the DSPPA Global Center achieved first place in the Group Division PK, highlighting the international team’s outstanding performance and commitment.




Each award symbolized not only accomplishment, but also DSPPA’s fundamental values of honesty, accountability, and performance excellence.


United in Celebration



As night descended, the mood transitioned to festivity. Employees displayed their creativity through self-organized performances, highlighting the wide-ranging talents within DSPPA’s professional teams.



Thrilling lucky draws with cash rewards and gifts maintained the lively atmosphere, elevating the event to its most festive moment.



During the closing remarks, Ms. Dong Lianzheng, Director of the Board Office, conveyed heartfelt gratitude to every DSPPA member, stressing that the accomplishments of today stem from mutual dedication and combined effort.


As 2026 begins, DSPPA will advance with confidence, cohesion, and resolve—tackling new challenges and generating even greater successes in the year ahead.
