As a core business hospitality landmark in Papua New Guinea, Lae International Hotel introduced the DSPPA D6900 4K Distributed Audio & Video Management System to meet the growing demand for international conferences and business forums. 



The project delivers an integrated audiovisual solution across multiple meeting rooms, achieving comprehensive upgrades in centralized management, ultra-high-definition transmission, and stable sound reinforcement.


Project Overview


Lae International Hotel is a major business hotel and conference destination in Lae, featuring one of the region’s largest conference and meeting facilities. 



Its multifunctional conference rooms regularly host corporate summits, government exchanges, and international business events.



The hotel required a reliable and scalable AV solution with 4K transmission, centralized multi-room control, and remote conferencing support to enhance the quality of business meetings and international events.



To fulfill these requirements, DSPPA provided a tailored 4K IP-based distributed audiovisual solution for the hotel.



Project Highlights


D6900 4K IP-Based Distributed Martix System


Built around the D6900 main unit with D6913 input nodes and D6914 output nodes, the system enables TCP/IP-based 4K signal distribution and cross-room routing. With Control APP support, it allows remote management and one-click switching of meeting modes and signals, simplifying operation and maintenance.



DMX08 DMX12 Professional Mixing Console


The professional mixing console serves as the audio core of the meeting room, supporting multiple microphonesand audio inputs and providing precise sound adjustment to ensure clear, stable, and high-quality speech transmission throughout meetings.



D6563 / D6564 / D6565 / D6566 Professional Two-Way Full-Range Speaker


The D6565 professional full-range speaker delivers uniform coverage and clear, balanced sound, ensuring every seat in the venue receives intelligible speech and a stable, high-quality reinforcement experience for high-end conferences.
