The LAM1430 is a compact two-way passive loudspeaker system engineered for high-efficiency sound reinforcement. The system comprises two 1.75-inch tweeters and a single 10-inch woofer, forming a driver configuration with substantial headroom that delivers an exceptionally high SPL-to-weight ratio. A specially designed midrange phase plug is positioned in front of the woofer to mitigate comb-filtering interference in the midband and optimize off-axis directivity. The tweeter section is coupled with a plane-wave transducer to ensure coherent wavefront propagation and consistent coverage.

 

The LAM1430SA is an actively powered planar-waveguide loudspeaker system purpose-built to extend the low-frequency response of the LAM1430. This subwoofer features an 18-inch long-excursion driver with a 100mm voice coil for robust low-end output. The LAM1430SA employs an all-steel rigging system, allowing for both ground-stacked and flown configurations in combination with the LAM1430. The enclosure is constructed from 13-ply birch plywood and finished with a durable textured coating for enhanced resistance to wear and handling. An integrated digital power amplifier module is built into the LAM1430SA, capable of simultaneously driving one LAM1430SA and two LAM1430 units. The system incorporates a DSP-based audio processing module for precise tonal calibration and system optimization. Remote parameter adjustment and real-time control are enabled via an RJ45 network interface connecting to a PC.

 

The LAM1430 system is ideally suited for a wide array of applications, including small-scale mobile performances, sports arenas, theaters, nightclubs, banquet halls, and similar venues.
