The LAM1432 is a compact two-way passive loudspeaker system. The system comprises two 1.75-inch neodymium high-frequency drivers and a single 10-inch neodymium low-frequency driver, forming a configuration with substantial headroom that delivers an exceptionally high SPL-to-weight ratio. A specially designed midrange phase plug is positioned in front of the woofer to mitigate comb-filtering interference in the midband and optimize off-axis directivity. The tweeter section is coupled with a plane-wave transducer to ensure coherent wavefront propagation.

 

The LAM1432SA is an actively powered planar-waveguide loudspeaker system purpose-built to extend the low-frequency response of the LAM1432. This subwoofer features an 18-inch neodymium long-excursion driver. The LAM1432SA employs an all-steel rigging system, allowing for both ground-stacked and flown configurations in combination with the LAM1432. The enclosure is constructed from 13-ply plywood and finished with a durable textured coating. A built-in three-channel digital power amplifier module is integrated to simultaneously drive one LAM1432SA and two LAM1432 units. The system incorporates a one-input, three-output DSP audio processing module for precise tonal calibration, and enables remote parameter adjustment via an RJ45 network interface connecting to a PC.

 

It is worth noting that in this combined system, the LAM1432 utilizes all-neodymium Celestion drivers sourced from the UK, delivering clear, detailed, and natural sonic character. The LAM1432SA features an 18-inch Celestion low-frequency driver with a 100 mm voice coil and 220 mm magnetic circuit, producing powerful and stable bass response. Its built-in German-engineered amplifier module and original German DSP processor ensure precise signal processing, system stability, and wide dynamic range. Together, they form an upgraded system that delivers high-fidelity, detailed, and well-layered sound reproduction.
